Each handmade product is crafted with care. This means that whilst you will be getting the item that you order, no two items will be exactly alike. For products using the same fabric, fabric placements may vary for each item.
I welcome bulk and custom orders. Once you have ordered and I receive proof and payment notification, turnaround will be 3-5 working days unless otherwise informed by me prior to placing your order (for example if you have placed a custom order).
P A Y M E N T S
I accept Paypal and direct bank deposit payments (within Australia). If paying by direct deposit, the bank details will be available to you upon checkout. Prices are set in Australian dollars.
P A C K A G I N G
I take every care in making sure your items arrive to you in pristine condition. All single cards are wrapped in cello sleeve for protection and card sets and journals are packaged in a handmade kraft paper gift box. Discounted listings do not include the handmade kraft paper gift box.
D E L I V E R Y and P O S T A G E
All orders are posted to you within 2 working days. You can choose from 3 types of postage in my listings and all will be sent via Australia Post, their corresponding estimated delivery times are shown below.
(1) Priority Mail: un-tracked mail delivered within 1-4 business days;
(2) Registered Post: with tracking delivered within 2-6 business days, and;
(3) Express Post: with tracking delivered the next business day.
I am happy to arrange international postage. Please note that postage prices in my Made It store do not include customs fees or import duties that may be applied upon entry to your country. It is your responsibility to pay the fees applicable in your country. Please research these fees with your country’s customs department prior to placing your order. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure you receive your order within the stated times above, please understand that delivery times within Australia may vary and may take between 1-6 days, while international shipping may take from 14 days or more.
Please note bulk and large orders may be sent by a courier service where it is economical to do so. If you would like to use a specific shipping service, please email me at email@example.com and I will obtain and send you a quote for the exact shipping cost of your item from your chosen courier.
R E F U N D and E X C H A N G E
Should you need to return the item because it is faulty, please take a photo clearly showing the fault and send it to me right away so I can organize a refund or fix the problem. I’m sorry but I am unable to refund the postage paid on any orders. If you would like to take out extra postage insurance, please let me know in the note section at checkout.
Please note that for custom orders, I can't accept returns due to change of mind.
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly, particularly upon checkout. If your details are incorrect or not up to date, I will be unable to replace your order.
